Our Process

1. Consultation

The first step in the process is the consultation. During this time we identify the business processes and functional requirements.

2. Prototype

The second step in the process is the prototyping of the key screens.

3. Build

Once the prototypes are approved, we begin the build phase of the project.

4. Training

Once the application passes our quality assurance process, we begin the transitioning of moving over from the old system to the new system.

5. Go Live

This is one of the final steps. The 'Go Live' is an important time and if all the preparations had been done well, this should be a 'walk in the park'.

6. Support

Finally, there is always at least 1 month warranty after 'go live', but if there is a requirement, further support can be arranged.
